Cover Letter
Dear Whom It May Concern,
I hope this letter finds you well, I am writing to express my interest in elementary position openings. In the spring of 2025, I will graduate from Monmouth University with my bachelor's in early and elementary education with an endorsement in special education. Throughout my student teaching experience, I have worked countless hours to become a highly qualified teacher. This experience has allowed me to mold my teaching views and approaches to guarantee each student’s success in my classroom.
My full-time student teaching experience was in an inclusion classroom and I have also worked as a teacher aide in a school for students with disabilities ages 6 to 21. These experiences have allowed me to hone my skills in differentiated instruction and classroom management. I am excited about the prospect of bringing innovative teaching methods, fostering a love for learning, and instilling confidence in students across the district. I am confident that my passion for education, coupled with my ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment, will enable me to make a positive impact within your school community.
Attached, please find my resume, which provides further details of my qualifications and experiences. Thank you for considering my application and I look forward to the possibility of contributing to the success and growth of your school.
Sincerely,
Riley Jordan
